Company History & Overview
Destiny was founded in 1997 in response to a growing need for specialists experienced in applying GIS, 3D modeling, and data management to complex environmental, engineering, and planning projects. Destiny is a privately-held small business enterprise (SBE) located in Lakewood, Colorado.

Proven Litigation Support / Proven Expert Witness
Supporting law firms and other expert witnesses, we have a proven track record organizing and analyzing historic site data, recreating and visualizing complex site histories, analyzing claims and damages, assessing significant health and ecological issues, identifying potential point sources, delineating principal responsible parties, and assessing potential risks and impacts.

Company President, Ken Spitze, is designated as an Expert Witness in several significant environmental damage claim cases. This includes providing GIS, data services, expert witness, and technical support to Class Action and Toxic Tort cases, and insurance settlement negotiations.

Customers & Projects
Customers include environmental and engineering firms, local and regional governments, site and facility owners, specialized law firms, and major insurance companies. We’ve also completed projects for major oil, gas and pipeline companies, refineries, chemical manufacturers, railroad companies, and the US Department of Energy at the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology and Site (Superfund). The company has recent or active projects in Colorado, California, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Michigan, New York, and Florida.
